Section 89
Change of Service
Before this Act comes into effect, all employees who are in designated positions related to health services under the Nepal Health Service in the group or sub-group of the Nepal Health Service and under the various services in accordance with the rules made under the Civil Service Act, 2049, shall be automatically transferred to the main group and sub-group of the Nepal Health Service formed in accordance with this Act. It will be considered to be reinstated.
